CYCLING CLASSES

An AMAZING workout with the BEST downtown view!

Cycling is a fabulous way to get your heart-rate up and burn fat without any impact to your joints.  You'll love this killer workout and beg for more!  Its easy to work at your own pace and choose what level of intensity is appropriate for you on any given day. We have SOLE and Schwinn bikes in our cycling studio with clip-in and regular pedals.

Some tips for a great cycling experience:

  • If you don't have clip-in bike shoes, wear athletic shoes with hard soles for the most comfortable experience.  Close-toed shoes are required for cycling classes.
  • Wear biking shorts or fitted workout pants.  Baggy clothing does not work well on the bikes. 
  • Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.  
  • YES we have locker rooms and showers to change and clean up after your ride! 
  • Sign up for classes in advance and you'll be guaranteed a bike when you arrive.  
  • Cancel at least 2 hours prior to class start time if your plans change.

Solo Rides


If you've already attended a cycling class at Mountainside Wellness or have done an adjustment fitting with Erin or Kristin, you are welcome to come ride in the Cycling Studio while classes are going on in the Main Studio.  You're in charge!  Bring a water bottle and your headphones and go for it!  Sign up for this workout just as you would any other class.  This option is not intended for new clients.

Solo Rides


If you've already attended a cycling class at Mountainside Wellness or have done an adjustment fitting with Erin or Kristin, you are welcome to come ride in the Cycling Studio while classes are going on in the Main Studio.  You're in charge!  Bring a water bottle and your headphones and go for it!  Sign up for this workout just as you would any other class.  This option is not intended for new clients.
