In this Virtual class, we use dumbbells and kettlebells for a total body strength workout. If you don't have gear at home, contact Kristn for options.

  Let's meet at the Gym. Bring water, grab a sweat towel, and get ready for a great cardio workout. Come early to get a good fitting on the bike. Note that seats are limited.
