Hey Juneau! Whether or not the weather is making it easy for you to get out and exercise, The Gym at 1248 Glacier Avenue in downtown Juneau is always here for you! Our classes, as well as access to our saunas and locker rooms with showers are included as part of your Gym membership. Our class schedule is listed below.

 These online classes are designed for anyone navigating changes in cognitive function—whether from injury, illness, long-COVID, chronic stress, caregiving, or simply the challenges of getting older. Grounded in mindfulness and movement science, each class offers simple, adaptable practices to help you feel more connected, capable, and calm. No prior experience needed—just curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to begin.

Class Descriptions

Strength

 Join us for a strength-based workout with short cardio burst intervals, that will get your heart pumping. We'll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted balls, and other equipment for a total body workout. 

All levels are welcome. 

Core & Restore

30 minutes of core training followed by  myofascial release with foam rollers and other small equipment. You will leave feeling great!

Cycle and Cycle & Strength

Cycle class

Bring water, grab a sweat towel, and get ready for a great cardio workout. Come early to get a good fitting on the bike, if indoor cycling is new for you. Cycle & Strength classes combine cycling and a dynamic strength workout.

Mat Pilates

 Get ready for a fabulous core workout!  Adaptable for all levels.

Accessible Yoga

Accessible Yoga

Come enjoy a gentle yoga class that is accessible to everyone. We'll incorporate standing and floor-based yoga poses along with mindfulness and self-compassion to increase our strength, flexibility, and grace.

Circuit

Accessible Yoga

Bring water and get ready for an intense circuit workout downstairs in the Circuit Cave that will challenge you and make you stronger, faster, and more agile.
