Long-lasting, sustainable change can be challenging to achieve, but you don't have to do it alone. Whatever your wellness goals are, developing a plan and building a support network are essential first steps to success. Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect in a coaching session?

Kristin will first talk with you about your personal wellness goals. Then,  you'll work together to establish a baseline, action items, and measurements of success. Kristin will follow-up before your next appointment with email and/or a phone call.

How do you conduct the sessions?

We can meet in person in my private studio, using Zoom virtual meetings, or on the phone. Let's do whatever is easiest and effective for you!  

How long does it take to achieve success?

That is an excellent question, and it is all up to you! In coaching, unlike mentoring or therapy, YOU are the expert. As your coach, I'll work with you to identify obstacles, action items, and beliefs that may or may not support you. Then, you do the work to achieve the change you desire! This kind of change requires work and a strong commitment. Because of that it is sustainable and very powerful.
