No. All our instructors are highly skilled at coaching new and experienced participants through every class. If you're new, give yourself extra time, and ask lots of questions before and after class.
Kristin will first talk with you about your personal wellness goals. Then, you'll work together to establish a baseline, action items, and measurements of success. Kristin will follow-up before your next appointment with email and/or a phone call.
I'm teaching most of my classes using Zoom technology, aside from the Cycling classes at The Gym. I can conduct most of the private coaching using Zoom technology as well. If you don't like video, we can also use a phone call for some purposes.
